Overview

Kevin is the owner and sole shareholder of Schmitt Law, L.L.C..  His practice includes criminal and juvenile litigation and criminal and dependency appeals, employment and contracts law.b  Prior to starting Schmitt Law, L.L.C., Kevin was an associate attorney at Whittel and Melton, an Assistant Regional Counsel and an Assistant Public Defender.
